Mac

I’m a US/Swiss expat originally from Olympia, Washington, now based in Zürich, where I’ve been practicing sex and relationship counseling for nearly 20 years. My journey into this field began as a crisis counselor at The Evergreen State College, where I discovered the profound connection between relationships and sexual health. Helping people navigate these deeply personal challenges became my passion.

After earning a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling in 2001, the words of a former boss stayed with me: “Follow your bliss.” Inspired by this advice, I deepened my expertise at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, an experience that was both life-changing and foundational to my practice. I relocated to Zürich, where I’ve built a career focused on helping individuals and couples navigate personal dilemmas and crisis situations and explore and enhance their intimate lives.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, addressing challenges such as infidelity, communication breakdowns, and navigating complex relationship dynamics. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based strategies, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection, overcome a specific challenge, or rediscover joy and intimacy, I’m here to support you on your journey.
